The Hyco Sapphire Point of Use Water Cooler offers a very low cost yet high performance alternative to rented bottled water units. A direct water connection is made to the normal mains cold water supply and a high quality UK made activated carbon filter removes chlorine and other trace chemicals, resulting in an almost unlimited supply of refreshing chilled water. The only ongoing cost is the need to replace the filter every six months or so.
The Sapphire oporates as a hot and cold water dispenser. It supplies small quantities of near boiling water for hot beverages etc. The cold water temperature is adjustable and the unit uses Ozone-friendly refridgeration technology.
